Reviewed the HIH dashboard build progress. Dil reported Larry Pro successfully moved off Vercel to the managed Rosehole server — no downtime. Zvec memory wired in: 117 business files, 924 searchable pieces. Discussed Nikki Pro as HIH's AI orchestrator replacing the Outcrop-side Larry role. Key decision: Nikki handles HIH exclusively; she does not touch Outcrop. Vercel billing cancelled — $18.60 refund incoming.

HIH AI Agent Team — Roles & Responsibilities Clarification
Ken clarified that Nikki, Craig, and Erin are HIH-specific agents. Nikki is the orchestrator — she receives tasks from Ken, delegates to Craig (research) or Erin (HR), and files completed work in the owner's inbox. The team structure mirrors Outcrop's agent model but is built for HIH's marketing operations. New agent onboarding requires Erin's five-question hiring framework before any profile file is created.

Discussed connecting GHL API to the HIH Business Dashboard for live call data, calendar sync, and pipeline visibility. One Inspector Per Market — Competitive Advantage Documentation
HIH's core differentiator: we work with only one inspector per city/territory. This means our clients never compete against each other inside HIH. Ken noted this policy is non-negotiable and should be surfaced prominently in all sales and onboarding materials. Craig to research how competitors position exclusivity and whether there are untapped city markets where HIH has no current client coverage.
